The $9,999 standard build is paid in three milestones: $3,999.60 to start, $2,999.70 when the website is ready for review, and $2,999.70 after approval, before launch. A personalized quote uses the same 40% / 30% / 30% split on the agreed price.
No. You can start the complete build from any of the three directions in your preview. The optional 30-direction set is $299 and is fully credited toward the build if you add it.

Standard delivery is custom-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript — fast, lightweight and cared for by us. If your team should edit text and images after launch, add the Editable WordPress Website ($2,500). Shops, member areas and custom app logic are not included.
Managed Care begins when your website goes live. The standard plan is $249/month, Care Plus is $499/month, and both are separate from the build price. With annual billing, the annual Care payment is also due at launch.
You do. Full ownership of your finished website and its content, with full export anytime — no lock-in. Your domain stays yours and your email stays with your current provider. Refund terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
