Partner Program Terms
Version 1.2 — Effective September 7, 2026. These terms govern the 1to30 Referral Partner Program operated by Illumento LLC, doing business as 1to30. By creating a partner account or using partner features you accept the version of these terms shown at registration; we record the accepted version and time with your account.
1. The Referral Partner model
As a Referral Partner you create client previews for businesses you want to introduce, share a private preview link, and earn a commission when the introduced business orders and pays for a complete 1to30 website build. 1to30 sells, contracts, builds, hosts and supports the website; the customer contracts directly with 1to30 under the Terms and Conditions. You are an independent referrer, not our employee, agent or reseller, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. You do not configure add-ons or set Referral client prices.
2. Joining and account
The referral track is open by registration. We may decline or close accounts used for spam, misleading acquisition, self-dealing or other abuse. You must provide accurate account and payout details and keep them current.
3. Preview allowance
A new partner account starts with an allowance of 5 client previews at no cost. One client preview covers one business and includes 30 personalized design directions plus one private preview link. Unused previews expire if an account is closed for abuse; otherwise we will state any changes to allowances in advance in your partner dashboard.
4. Attribution
- A business is attributed to the first partner who creates a valid client preview for it. A later preview by another partner for the same business does not replace an existing valid attribution.
- An order is attributed to you when the customer orders the website build from your preview link, or otherwise demonstrably through your introduction, within 120 days of the preview being created (the acquisition window).
- Once an order is attributed, the attribution survives for that order: later milestone payments and Managed Care payments on that order remain commissionable even after the 120-day window has passed. The window limits how long a preview can capture a new order — it never removes commissions from an order that was attributed in time.
- If two partners claim the same business, the earlier valid preview wins. We resolve disputes in good faith on the recorded evidence (preview creation time, link usage, order metadata) and our decision after that review is final within the program.
5. Commission
The standard website build is priced at $9,999. 1to30 sets every Referral client price and confirms the quote before it is issued. Customers pay the confirmed one-time project price (standard build plus extras confirmed before the project starts) in three milestones (40% at order, 30% at staging review, 30% after approval and before launch). A client note you send is optional and never changes the published price or your commission by itself.
Your one-time commission is a base of $1,700 website commission on the standard build plus the published commission for each extra included in the confirmed quote. Extra commission depends on eligible extras the attributed client purchases — not on whether you selected or recommended them. The one-time total is earned in the same 40% / 30% / 30% rhythm as the customer milestones, on payments we actually receive; at the standard build this is:
- $680 when the first customer payment (40%) is received;
- $510 when the second customer payment (30%) is received;
- $510 when the third customer payment (30%) is received.
Published extras and their partner commission:
- Editable WordPress — $2,500, commission $400.
- Extra page — $1,000 each, commission $150 each.
- Conversion Copy Polish — $1,500, commission $250.
- Website Copywriting — $2,500, commission $400.
- Priority Launch — $2,500, commission $200.
The commission basis (confirmed extras, base commission and add-on commissions) is fixed per order when the first milestone is paid and shown in your partner dashboard. Extras ordered after the project starts follow a separate payment path. Earlier confirmed quotes, orders and earned commissions keep their original terms, and Section 10 governs attributions created before a change.
This Section 5 covers complete website builds only. Landing pages and ad creatives ordered through your introduction are not covered by the website commission rule; any commission for those products is agreed in writing per project before the customer order and shown in your partner dashboard. No commission on them is implied by these terms.
Managed Care commission is 20% of the Managed Care fees we actually receive for an attributed order while the care plan is active. On monthly standard Managed Care this equals $49.80 per paid month. Where a customer chooses annual care billing, the 20% is calculated on the annual amount actually paid, when it is paid.
Commissions are calculated on our net product price, excluding taxes, payment fees passed through, refunds and adjustments.
6. Earned, payable, paid
- Earned — a commission is earned when the underlying customer payment is received. It appears in your dashboard as pending.
- Payable — an earned commission becomes payable 30 days after the underlying customer payment, provided that payment has not been refunded, reversed or disputed.
- Paid — payable commissions are paid out on request from your partner dashboard, using the payout methods and any thresholds shown there. Publicly named amounts such as $680 / $510 / $510 describe when commission is earned — they are not fixed bank-payout dates.
You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income. We may require a valid invoice or tax form before paying out where legally necessary.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and clawback
If a customer payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission earned on that payment is reversed. If it was already paid out, we may offset it against future commissions or ask for repayment. No commission is due on payments we never actually receive.
8. Conduct
- No self-referrals: you cannot earn commission on your own business or on entities you control.
- No misleading claims about 1to30, pricing, timelines or ownership of the work; use only the current offer terms shown on 1to30.io.
- No spam, no bought contact lists, no unlawful outreach. You are responsible for complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply to your outreach.
- No bidding on 1to30 brand terms in search advertising and no impersonating 1to30 domains or accounts.
9. Term and termination
You can stop participating at any time. We can terminate participation with reasonable notice, or immediately for abuse or breach of these terms. On termination without abuse, orders already attributed keep their commission treatment: earned commissions are still paid out under Section 6, and milestone or care payments still outstanding on already-attributed orders remain commissionable. Termination for fraud or abuse forfeits unpaid commissions to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. Changes are announced in the partner dashboard or by email with the new version number; they apply to new attributions from the effective date. Attributions existing before a change keep the commission schedule under which they were created. Existing confirmed commissions are never reduced retroactively.
11. Certified Reseller — separate agreement
The Certified Reseller track (selling under your own brand at wholesale conditions) is by application only and is governed by a separate written reseller agreement with individually agreed commercial terms. Nothing on this page grants wholesale pricing, resale rights or white-label rights.

12. General

Sections 22–26 of the Terms and Conditions (disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law — Wyoming, USA) apply to this program accordingly. Questions: [email protected].
